What is Energetic Synthesis of Structural Embodiment (ESSE)?
ESSE creates more ease and possibilities for bodies by facilitating the deconstruction of the glue of judgement throughout the entire body.
Suzy & Andrew will show you hands on techniques and provide tools for listening to bodies:
- discover what you know about bodies,
- discover you own healing capabilities and awareness's of bodies
- increase your ability of how to be a question with bodies, how to perceive the changes that are possible and how to contribute to these changes.
